French We are currently partnering with this innovative and dynamic financial services group, particularly active within the Global FX and commodity markets on a new Finance Manager hire within their Singapore business.
This is a senior opportunity, reporting directly to the CFO for APAC. It will allow the successful candidate to forge close working relationships with regional commercial leadership from the outset, providing advice on budgeting, forecasting and balance sheet matters as well as corporate strategy in their Asia Pacific HQ. Our client have been active in commercial acquisitions over the last 2 years and are looking to grow further within 2024 – 2025.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and aspiring finance leader to assume greater responsibility and accelerate their career within this highly successful business.
Responsibilities will include :
- Balance sheet, cash flow and capital oversight
- Interacting closely with commercial sales and advisory teams on desk P&L management
- P&L statement analysis and disclosures
- Regulatory reporting
- Perform treasury accounting related duties including monitoring of FX exposure and placing FX hedges
- Transfer Pricing for Intercompany transactions
- Corporate finance analysis and advisory on acquisition targets within Asia Pacific.
Skills Required
- Chartered Accountancy or Management Accountancy qualification – CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA `
- Financial Control, Product Control or Legal Entity Control experience within the commodities or Global markets sectors are preferred. Our client will also consider experienced finance professionals from the wider financial services sector with a strong interest in commodities and Global markets.
