We are currently recruiting for a KYC and Operations Assistant on behalf of a brokerage client within the Energy futures sector.
Our client work across European gas and power markets, providing brokerage, liquidity and execution services to corporate (industrial) and trading clients.
An excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or a young professional. You will provide support across new client on-boarding and operational duties relating to trade settlement, client services and futures contracts (ISDA, EFET).
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and transmit client orders in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with traders to facilitate and finalise cleared transactions.
- Work closely with brokers to ensure proper organisation and processing of cleared transactions.
- Record transactions on trading platforms accurately and within deadlines.
- Maintain complete and accurate records, ensuring traceability of all operations.
- Keep up-to-date with AML/KYC regulatory requirements in the EU, UK, and US.
Skills Required:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Finance, Compliance).
- Prior experience in trade support, middle office, KYC/AML, or client onboarding within a financial markets or brokerage firm is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail, rigor, and organisational skills, with a high level of accuracy and responsibility.
- Fluent in French and English – minimum C1 level.
